AI Social Media Manager (“we”) provides an AI social media management Service. This policy explains what we collect and why.
1. Data we collect
- Account details: name, email, password hash, workspace/business profile
- Content you create or upload (scripts, images, audio, schedules)
- Usage and billing: credit ledger, offline payment references, generation metadata
- Technical logs: IP-related security events (failed logins), mail delivery logs in pilot environments
2. How we use data
- Provide and secure the Service (auth, workspaces, generation, scheduling)
- Process credits and reconcile pilot payments
- Improve reliability and support pilots
- Send transactional email (verification, password reset)
3. Processors
We use infrastructure and AI/media providers to generate and (optionally) publish content. Those providers process prompts and media as needed to fulfill your requests. Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts unless necessary.
4. Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated workspace content by contacting us. Backups may retain data for a limited period.
5. Security
We use hashed passwords, session tokens, and workspace membership checks. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
6. Your choices
You can update workspace profile data in the app, reset your password, and contact us to export or delete account data where feasible.
