These Terms govern use of AI Social Media Manager (“the Service”), an AI-assisted social media content tool for businesses.
1. Pilot / early access
During paid or private pilots the Service may change, have limited support hours, and is provided without a formal uptime SLA unless agreed in a separate written pilot agreement.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces you own.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are consumed when you generate content (video, image, music, speech, and related features). Packs and plans may be purchased online later; during paid pilots you may pay by invoice or M-Pesa and receive credits after we confirm payment. Credits are not cash and are generally non-refundable except where a generation fails and the system refunds automatically, or as required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful content, spam, harassment, or to violate platform rules of social networks you publish to. You must have rights to any brand assets, images, or copy you upload.
5. AI-generated content
Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. We do not guarantee uniqueness, ranking, or business results.
6. Third-party services
The Service may call providers (for example OpenAI, Runway, Ayrshare). Their terms and availability also apply. Social publishing depends on your connected accounts and those platforms’ policies.
7. Data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Social Media Manager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content published from your account. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for credits in the 3 months before the claim.
